| 一、 | 依據財團法人癌症關懷基金會115年9月8日關懷字第字第1150908001號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為落實《營養及健康飲食促進法》，並配合國民健康署推動之「115年營養及健康飲食教育推廣方案」，該會今年辦理國小中年級健康飲食教育推廣活動「『果』然無敵！水果打卡挑戰賽」。本次延續去年廣受好評之食育動漫內容，進一步結合創新規劃，新增LINE打卡活動及餐盤拍照活動，引導學童將健康飲食融入日常生活，培養健康飲食習慣。 |
| 三、 | 本計畫包含二項活動，歡迎活動期間內曾就讀或現就讀國小3年級或4年級之學生參加： |
| （一）「果」然無敵！水果打卡挑戰賽：觀看影片後，進入活動頁面點選「今天我用水果取代含糖點心！」完成每日打卡，累積達規定天數即可獲得抽獎資格。 |
| （二）端出好食光拍照活動：運用全穀雜糧與未精製穀物、新鮮多色蔬菜及水果等健康食材製作均衡餐盤，拍照並上傳至活動頁面即可參與抽獎。 |

| 1.活動時間：115年7月13日(星期一)至115年10月11日(星期日) |
| 2.活動獎勵：活動結束後統一辦理抽獎，抽出樂家康/萬家福禮券(每個帳號僅限參加1次) |
| 3.中獎名單公布：115年10月20日(星期二)公告於癌症關懷基金會官網 |
