| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據桃園市青少年國樂團115年營運實施計畫及桃園市平鎮區忠貞國民小學115年8月31日忠小教字第1150006463號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本案相關事項說明如下： |
| (一) | 甄選對象： |
| １、 | 就讀本市高中職、國中、國小高年級具有國樂基礎之青少年。 |
| ２、 | 就讀外縣市高中職、國中、國小高年級但設籍本市具有國樂基礎之青少年能配合本團排練並經甄選合格者，得錄取為該團團員。 |
| (二) | 報名時間及方式：115年10月19日(星期一)至30日(星期五)，請將報名表、個人簡歷電子檔電郵至t316@m5.jjes.tyc.edu.tw憑辦，或於報名期間之每日下午1時至4時，親 洽忠貞國小輔導室辦理。 |
| (三) | 甄選時間及地點：115年11月7日（星期六）下午1時30分起，於忠貞國小國樂分部教室辦理(324桃園市平鎮區龍南路315號)。 |
| (四) | 放榜時間：115年11月16日(星期一)中午12時，公告於忠貞國小網站，不另行個別通知。 |
