| 一、 | 依據臺灣桃園地方檢察署113年5月15日桃檢秀護字第11319000270號、教育部113年5月1日臺教學(五)字第1132802063號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨案本局先以113年5月8日桃教學字第1130041349號函送簡章1份，並鼓勵本市各國小報名「反毒創作組」，期使學童及指導師長於創作過程中，學習正確反毒知識與拒毒知能，藉由學校及家庭教育功能，讓反毒觀念從小紮根。 |
| 三、 | 本（2024）年度賽事資訊如下： |
| (一) | 徵件日期：即日起至2024年8月31日止。 |
| (二) | 報名網址：https://story.funpark.com.tw。 |
| (三) | 「童書創作─反毒創作組」獎勵方式（餘組別詳簡章）： |
| １、 | 得獎團隊頒授每人獎盃乙座，並頒發前三名及佳作隊伍團體獎金及指導獎（合計8個獎項）。 |
| ２、 | 為鼓勵學童參與反毒政策推動，本組入圍決賽隊伍頒授教育部團體獎狀乙幀（發至個人）。 |
| (四) | 另本年度首次辦理短片創作徵件，其中教育部與中華電信合作增設「反霸凌創作組」，得獎團隊頒授每人獎盃乙座，並頒發前三名及佳作隊伍團體獎金（合計5個獎項）。 |
