| 一、 | 依中華地板滾球運動協會115年9月9日地球字第1150900001號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 中華地板滾球運動協會為提倡全民參與及促進運動平權，特辦理「2026全國地板滾球運動會」。 |
| 三、 | 活動日期與地點如下： |
| (一) | 北區初賽：10/17（六），地點：臺北市和平籃球館暖身球場。 |
| (二) | 中區初賽：10/24（六），地點：臺中市北區國民運動中心。 |
| (三) | 南區初賽：10/31（六），地點：高雄市苓雅運動中心。 |
| (四) | 東區初賽：11/07（六），地點：宜蘭大學體育館。 |
| (五) | 總決賽：11/21（六），地點：臺北市和平籃球館暖身球場。 |
